• Basic technical data when you submit the form (IP address, date and time) to prevent abuse.

Only to review your case, contact you, negotiate with the third parties involved, issue the fee and keep records required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers strictly needed to solve your case (for example the hotel, driver or agency concerned), and with service providers that host our website and email. We share the minimum necessary.

5. Retention

We keep case data as long as needed to handle the case and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@resolver.ma.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely risk-free.
